Tight Pants
Mom and I were in the kitchen. It was a school day, I was a sophomore in high school, and dressed for it.
“Those pants are pretty, tight, aren’t they?” asked Mom, off-handedly.
My typical reaction: “What do you mean?”
“Well, look. You can see everything.”
Just the effect I’d been looking for.
Mom went on, “Why, don’t you just go naked?”
What a concept! Excellent suggestion.
“Do you think I could?” I ask hopefully
